Registration / Idea Submission Opens
07 Sep 2026Portal opens for team registration and initial idea submissions. Teams of 1–4 members register and submit their approach to chosen problem domains.
Registration / Idea Submission Closes
05 Oct 2026Deadline for team registration and initial idea submissions. Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances.
First Round Results
25 Oct 2026Results of the initial idea round evaluation are declared. Shortlisted teams qualify to proceed to Phase 2.
Problem Statement Release
28 Oct 2026Detailed challenge problem statements, datasets, and specific problem guidelines are released to all qualified teams.
Mentorship Sessions
01 – 10 Nov 2026Dedicated mentorship and expert guidance sessions for teams to refine their technical architecture and prototype implementation.
Prototype / PPT Submission
20 Nov 2026Teams submit working code, prototypes, demo videos, and presentation decks for evaluation.
Final 25 Teams Selected
05 Dec 2026Announcement of the top 25 finalist teams selected to compete on-site in the Hackathon Finale.
Hackathon Finale
26 – 27 Dec 2026Intensive 24-hour hackathon finale at IGDTUW. Finalist teams build, deploy, and demonstrate their forensic solutions before the jury.
Winner Announcement
27 Dec 2026Grand award ceremony announcing the winners, runners-up, certificates, trophies, and cash prize distribution.
